Day 1:
Day 1: Marrakech (466m) – Imlil (1,740m) – Acclimatization Hike

After a morning transfer from Marrakech (approx. 1.5–2 hours), you arrive in the mountain village of Imlil at 1,740 meters. The day is spent doing a light acclimatization hike around the Imlil valley, exploring nearby Berber villages like Aroumd (1,900m) and enjoying panoramic views of the High Atlas. Overnight in a guesthouse Riad Atlas Garden in Imlil.

Day 2:
Day 2: Imlil (1,740m) – Toubkal Refuge (3,207m)

You begin the trek towards the Toubkal Refuge, following the well-trodden path through the Mizane Valley. Passing by Sidi Chamharouch (2,310m), a small pilgrimage site, the trail gradually ascends with stunning alpine scenery. The hike takes 5–6 hours, ending at the refuge (also known as the Neltner Refuge) at 3,207 meters. Overnight stay at the refuge.

Day 3:
Day 3: Refuge (3,207m) – Toubkal Summit (4,167m) – Imlil – Marrakech

A pre-dawn start leads you up a steep path to the summit of Mount Toubkal, North Africa’s highest peak at 4,167 meters. After enjoying breathtaking 360° views over the Atlas Mountains and even the Sahara in the distance, you descend back to the refuge, then continue down to Imlil (a long descent totaling 2,400m). From Imlil, transfer back to Marrakech by evening.
